The conference spaces are spread out on 1. floor (lunch), 2. floor (posters) and 4. floor (sessions). All of these are accessible by a lift and/or a stairlift. There are accessible toilets on floors 2 and 4.

There will be safeguarding provided by GamLEARN and a retreat/breakout room available. The event will adhere to safer space principals.

Clothing and luggage storage

There is no coat check on the Fabianinkatu side of the main building. Behind the elevators in the entrance lobby, there are plenty of lockers that work with RFID technology (e.g., bank cards with contactless payment functionality), where you can store your valuables as well as outerwear (the lockers come in various sizes). However, the lockers are not large enough to hold a suitcase.

If your own bank card or similar does not work with the lockers, you can borrow RFID cards from the lobby services. Please remember to return the borrowed card to the lobby services!

In addition to the lockers, there are coat racks next to the conference hall on 4. floor.
